If you are homeless or about to become homeless, we are here to help. 

We are a day centre and open between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday. Rough Sleepers and those without accommodation are welcome to drop in Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 12.30pm. For everyone else its by appointment only. Please come and visit us during those times, or call us on +44 (0)20 8446 8400 and one of our support workers will start to understand your circumstances and what your options are. Please note, we do not have any accommodation here at the centre. We exist to help people who have a connection to the borough of Barnet - please talk to us about what this means. 

If you are sleeping in the street, please contact StreetLink by visiting the StreetLink website or downloading the StreetLink app from iTunes or the Google Play store.

StreetLink’s volunteers and staff will help as soon as they can. If you’re able to, please seek other help in the meantime. Your first priority should be your Local Authority's Housing Options team. Barnet Homes now run an appointment-only service. You can ‘drop in’ to Barnet House if you are homeless on the day. Customers at risk of becoming homeless must contact the Housing Options team as soon as possible on 0208 359 4797.
